Kitchen Studio

I decided to create myself a mini studio an a ledge in my kitchen. With the natural light I think it's perfect for photographing jewelry. It's been raining so much in Toronto lately that it's been difficult to catch some sunlight, so cloudy will have to do for now.

The Ball is Rolling

So I am hosting my first sale next week in Oakville and there is so much to prep for. I am finally able to navigate my way around photoshop to make posters, coupons etc. This is quite an achievement as I have been dropping F bombs at photoshop all week. It can make a nice business card though, once you figure it out. I went antiquing on this past Sunday and picked up a bunch of great new stuff for the store and for the sale. I posted them all on Monday. My goal was to pick up some sparkly stuff. Things you can wear with a nice dress or just to glam up jeans and a T shirt. Tonight I am hitting the computer and making signs and touching up some other pictures and then I am going to take the dogs for a stroll. All in a days work! Pictured here is one of the new pieces that I named after my mom, Danielle Earrings.

Find Of The Day

Last weekend Belle and I went to one of our favourite secret spots here in Toronto to find some great vintage treasures. I can't tell you where it is or it wouldn't be a secret you see. We dug through for hours until we found some really neat stuff to add to Belle's Trove. One of the great finds of the day was was these square clip on perfections. They are so unique and funky. Belle and I are so psyched to be starting this blog. We recently opened our vintage jewelry etsy store and got all of our products up and rolling. We thought it would be a good idea to start a blog to go along with it so we can detail all of our pursuits of obtaining Belle's Booty. So here we go!
